Professional Services: Family & Children Services is a private non-profit agency that provides Outpatient Substance Abuse Services in Santa Clara County. Currently, we have a contract with the County of Santa Clara to provide outpatient treatment services to court mandated clients and those who reside in Santa Clara County who do not have insurance that covers substance abuse treatment. If you do not have insurance and would like to obtain services, please call Gateway at 1-800-488-9919.
